The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel (such as SUS304) materials, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, in line with the food and drug production “GMP” requirements. The pulverizer part adopts movable hammer type or toothed plate type pulverizing principle, crushing and pulverizing the materials through the high-speed rotating knife group or toothed plate. The dust removal device effectively collects and treats the dust generated during the pulverizing process through components such as micro-powder collector, pulse dust collector and dust collection room. Functional Configuration: The unit is equipped with screen mesh, which can be replaced with screen mesh of different apertures according to customers’ requirements to meet the crushing of different fineness requirements.
