In April 2025, we had the opportunity to work with a client from Curacao, who operates a medium to large-scale poultry farm. The client needed a powerful mixing machine for processing heavy chicken manure. After carefully understanding their specific requirements, we were able to provide a customized solution.
Understanding the Client’s Needs
The client emphasized two key points for their project:
- High Power: The material they needed to mix was very heavy, so the equipment needed to have strong power and capacity to handle it.
- Mobility: They also wanted the mixing machine to be mobile, allowing it to be moved easily within the farm.
The Customized Solution
Our team worked closely with the client to ensure we met their needs. After reviewing their requirements, we designed a Ribbon Blender with several custom features.
Powerful Ribbon Blender
To meet the client’s need for power, we used a Ribbon Blender design that combines efficiency and strength. This machine is known for its ability to mix heavy materials thoroughly and evenly, which was crucial for processing chicken manure on the farm. Adding Mobility
One of the most unique aspects of this project was the client’s request for mobility. To achieve this, we innovatively added a set of wheels, a towing mechanism, and a rear axle to the Ribbon Blender.
