Product Description
The stainless steel body ensures hygiene and durability, making it suitable for industries with high hygiene requirements such as food and pharmaceuticals. The back-sealing design produces finished packaging in the form of long, back-sealed bags. The packaging material undergoes conveying, forming, metering, filling (precisely controlling powder dosage), and sealing (achieved through heat sealing or other processes) to efficiently produce multi-lane packaged products. The operation display screen allows setting parameters such as packaging weight, bag length, and sealing temperature, enabling automated control. It also displays real-time equipment operation status and fault alerts, facilitating monitoring and adjustments by operators to ensure packaging accuracy and stability, and accommodating packaging requirements for powders of varying fineness and flowability.

It is suitable for various dry powder materials in industries such as food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, including milk powder, coffee powder, pesticide powder, and traditional Chinese medicine powder.
2.What are its packaging speed and accuracy like? Can it meet our production requirements?
Under multi-lane design, the standard single-lane speed is approximately 30–60 bags per minute (varies depending on the number of lanes and material type; multi-lane configurations can linearly increase efficiency). In terms of packaging accuracy, weight deviation can be controlled within ±1% (under conditions of good material flowability and stable environmental conditions), making it suitable for the quantitative packaging needs of most enterprises.
3.How difficult is the machine to operate? How quickly can employees become proficient, and is there training support available?
The machine features a touchscreen human-machine interface with a simple operating process and pre-set parameter formulas. Ordinary workers can become proficient after 1–2 days of hands-on training. After purchasing the machine, we will arrange for professional technicians to provide on-site or online training, covering operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, until employees are fully proficient.
