Product Description
Drum mixer is mainly composed of drum, motor, transmission device, control system and other parts. The drum is equipped with mixing blades, and the rotary movement is realized through the drive of the motor. The elevator is reasonably designed to facilitate the feeding and discharging of materials. The control system can adjust the mixing time, rotating speed and other parameters according to the actual demand to achieve the best mixing effect. In operation, the material firstly enters into the drum through the elevator, with the rotation of the drum, the material is continuously tumbling, shearing and spreading under the stirring effect of the internal blades, and finally realize the uniform mixing. After mixing, the material is discharged through the discharge port and can be directly used in the subsequent production process.
